Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United States & U.S. Territories*): All orders will ship from our main warehouse located in Knoxville Tennessee via UPS or USPS depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. All shipments are processed in the order they are received and 99% of all orders ship the same day when placed before 4:00 PM EST. We do NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. *For customers in the US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico, keep the country as United States and select VI (Virgin Islands) or PR (Puerto Rico) in the State drop down list.
International Shipping (Outside U.S.)
We welcome international orders for deliver Outside the United States and can process international orders direcly online. We can ship to customers outside the United States by United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. This service is limited to select countries and all Duties, Taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Domestic & International Shipping Methods & Transit Times
When considering shipping transit times, only UPS express shipping methods are guaranteed. Economy Shipping, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail are estimates only and may be longer depending on delivery location, weather delays, holidays or other factors beyond the control of Pinpoint Mounts or the shipping carrier. When calculating transit times, do not count the day the order is place and weekends, holidays & delays due to weather. Please see the chart below for all shipping methods and shipping transit times.
